Yes. The reception is open day and night
What is the cancellation policy
– If cancellation/amendment is made 5 days prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
– If cancellation/amendment is made within 4 days prior, including reservations within 24 hours of your arrival, 1st night’s room rate will be charged
– In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
–* The refund process will take approximately 7 to 20 working days depending on the intermediary bank. Please notify us at info@teatothotels.co.ke when you receive the refunded amount.
